In this connection, it is hereby informed that quantity at Unpriced Bid and BOQ (Price Bid) for item Sr. No. 02 may be read as ‘9 Cum’ in place of ‘42 Cum’. Intended tenderers are requested to quote their rate for per cubic meter quantity as mentioned in price-bid. Final bid evaluation will be done on the basis of above-mentioned quantity i.e., ‘9 cum’ for tender item no. 2. 3. It may be noted that the Bank’s Estimate (inclusive of GST, etc.) remains unchanged. 4. The above clarifications are issued for the information and necessary consideration to all the intending bidders. 5. The submission of bids by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender/ Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above. 6. It has been decided to extend the last date for submission of bids to January 19, 2026, up to 14:00 Hours and Date and Time of opening of Part-I & II as January 19, 2026 at 15:00 Hrs. 7.
