An open tender for the captioned work was floated on January 05, 2026 in the MSTC Portal. As per the Schedule of Tender, the Pre-bid meeting was held on January 08, 2026 at 2:00 PM in Reserve Bank of India, 1st floor, Estate Cell, Raipur Office.

2. A brief of the e-tender and scope of work was explained to all the participants. Queries discussed in the meeting and the clarifications / comments given by the Bank are tabulated below:

Para 21 of Section VII Query regarding minimum computer configuration requirement: Vendor requested to include operating system “Linux” It is clarified that Computer having operating system “Linux” is accepted by the Bank
Annexure C Query regarding Bid Estimated cost: It is clarified that Bid Estimated cost is 10 Lakhs
Para 28 II of Section VII Query regarding Useful Penetration (Test No.2) It is clarified that Useful Penetration (Test No.2) shall be read as “Definite what level of details can be seen behind a thickness of known material. The requirement of this test is that the 24 SWG wire is seen under second step wedge (5/16”). (Note: This is equivalent to FAA, USA and DOT UK requirement). Tick on log sheet will indicate what wires are visible or guidelines stipulated by AERB/regulatory body. The documentary proof in this regard shall be submitted along with the tender document”
in place of
“Definite what level of details can be seen behind a thickness of known material. The requirement of this test is that the 38 mm thickness of steel is seen under second step wedge (5/16”). (Note: This is equivalent to FAA, USA and DOT UK requirement). Tick on log sheet will indicate what wires are visible”.
Para 2(i) of e-Tender Notice Query regarding exemption of MSEs in Pre-Qualification Criteria It is clarified that Pre-Qualification Criteria of the tender remains unchanged.
Para 7 of SOT Query regarding exemption in submission of EMD for MSEs. It is clarified that The Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) having Udyam Registration Number have been granted exemption from submission of EMD

Note:

a) The intending participant was advised that the Bank will accept no deviation in commercial terms and conditions and all other technical specifications should be strictly adhered to as per tender.

b) This document shall form part of the tender. Hence, shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers.

The meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks to the participants.
