e-Tender No.- RBI/Hyderabad Regional Office/Estate/25/25-26/ET/711 As per the schedule, pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was held at 11.00 am on January 07, 2026 at Estate Department, 1st floor, Main Office Building, RBI, Hyderabad. 2. Representatives from two firms viz., M/s. Anil ESGS and M/s. Sudha Constructions had participated in the pre-bid meeting along with officials of the Bank. List of participants is mentioned in Annexure-I. The following queries / proposals were raised during the pre-bid meeting. However, it shall be ensured that necessary entry permit for the workers is obtained in advance from the Bank. | | 4 | Whether any other material apart from that mentioned in the approved makes is allowed? | Refer Section 8 (Approved List of Material) Page No.59/60 of Tender Document. | | 5 | Drawings of the proposed work were not available in the tender document. | The drawings would be shared by the Bank vide e-mail. | | 6 | The tender document was not available for view in MSTC. | MSTC helpdesk may be contacted. Refer Section 1.1 (Important Instructions for e-tender) Page 6 of Tender Document. | Note: Above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information for all intending bidders. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of tender. All other parts of the tender document of the tender document continue to remain unaltered. Submission of tenders shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/clarifications.
