Other relevant documents were already submitted by them at the time of the empanelment. | | c | If two vendors match the Highest Discount, whether the PBG amount will be split proportionately. | The participants were informed that no such condition has been incorporated in the tender document. | | d | If unavailable, whether substitute brand of medicines may be supplied | Vendors were advised that to supply alternate brand of medicine, the vendors must take confirmation from the BMC. | 5. On a concluding note, the participant was advised to read the instructions in the tender document carefully before bidding. Further, it was also advised to strictly follow the timelines as mentioned in the Notice Inviting Tender. Note: -
The above minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form part of the bid document / Agreement. -
The minutes will be uploaded on RBI Website and MSTC portal. -
The rest of the Terms and Conditions and specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain same. -
The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information of all intending chemists. -
The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity with the tender document and amendments / clarifications given above. |
