(Event no: RBI/Mumbai Regional Office/Estate/48/25-26/ET/347) The pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held on August 28, 2025 (Thursday) at 11:00 AM at Estate Cell, BKC. 2. The list of participants in the meeting is enclosed in Annexure I. 3. Please clarify what we have to consider as there is a lot of price difference for the same. | Please refer Sr. No. 1 of Bill of Quantities wherein it is specified that minimum 25 mm thick PUF insulation Air Handling Unit is required.
It was clarified that the thickness should be as per AHRI Certified AHU Panel. | | 2 | In the tender document there is a clause “Service Set-up Certificate from the manufacturers/any other valid document in support of having a full-fledged service setup at the desired place should be enclosed (if required), as per format mentioned in the tender.”
Does this mean that either the OEM or the contractor bidding must have an established service setup in Mumbai, and appropriate documents must be submitted as proof. | It was clarified that the tenderer shall submit the details of its own Office(s) / full-fledged Service Set up/ Service Centre / Support Office in Mumbai /sub urban area wherefrom required quality after sales services can be regularly provided.
Further, it was clarified that the tenderer should upload the following documents along with the tender part 1.
i. Details of Service Set up at the place of work - (Annex 11)
ii. Client’s Certificate Reg. Performance of contractor - (Annex 12) – From their clients from whom they have carried out eligible works in terms of eligibility (pre-qualification criteria) explained in NIeT
iii. Bankers Certificate - (Annex 13) – From their Banker or Bankers.
