Corrigendum (RBI/Belapur Regional office/Estate/6/25-26/ET/259[DSITC of Fire Alarm System-MOB]) The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on August 07, 2025, at 15:30 Hrs. Seven firms participated in the Pre-bid meeting. List of participants given in Annex-I. 2. DGM (Tech.), in his inaugural address, welcomed the representatives of the firms and briefed the forum about the captioned work. Thereafter, the queries of the firms present were taken up for discussion. 3. iii) Item No 1(Unpriced BOQ)- Kindly Modify the 256 number of analog addressable devices to 250 analog addressable devices (Detectors, Devices in any combination) in one loop.
iv) List of Approved Makes for Fire Equipments | i) The details of Existing Fire Alarm System have been given in Annex II.

All the participated firms have agreed to the Bank’s requirements. 5. These minutes of pre-bid meeting / corrigendum shall form the part of Bid document and Agreement/ Contract. 6. The terms, conditions and specifications of the tender/ Bid document shall continue to remain same unless otherwise stated / clarified in this corrigendum. 7. Site visit was conducted for all the participated firm’s representative after closure of Prebid meeting and the firms were advised to carefully examine and fully understand the scope, specifications, and requirements of the work before preparing and submitting the quotation. 8. The above clarifications are issued for the information and necessary action of all the intending bidders. 9. The submission of bids by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender/ Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above.
