Extension of Last Date of Submission Corrigendum E-tender no: RBI/Guwahati/HRMD/1/25-26/ET/13 In terms of the captioned e-tender dated April 01, 2025 a pre-bid meeting was held at the Video Conference Room, 4th floor, Reserve Bank of India, Station Road, Pan Bazar, Guwahati on April 18, 2025. Accordingly, the representative was informed that the supply of machine consumables as well as manpower (1 Operator) shall have to be done by the successful tenderer without sub-letting any part of the contract. | | 2 | Other general queries raised by the representative: What are requisite documents which needs to be submitted as proof for reimbursement of wages for 1 machine operator? | The representative was informed to refer to Para B(3) and Para D in Section IV of the tender document wherein documents to be submitted along with GST invoice for supply of manpower is detailed.
Further, the representative was informed that proof of credit of wages in electronic mode (payment receipt / bank statement) may be submitted along with ESI and EPF remittance challans and calculation sheet for total wage of 1 operator. | 3. The above clarifications are being issued for the information of all the intending bidders. Minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of tender. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications as mentioned in the tender documents shall continue to remain the same.
