E-Tender No: RBI/Lucknow Regional Office/Issue/1/24-25/ET/833 E-tenders were invited for supply of container trucks for transportation of banknotes after publishing the Notice Inviting Tenders (NIT) in Press, MSTC Portal and on the Bank’s website on January 29, 2025. As per schedule, pre-bid meeting was conducted at 3:30 PM on February 20, 2025 in Issue Department, RBI, Lucknow. 2. The meeting was chaired by The GM, Issue Department, RBI, Lucknow. The representatives of one of the prospective bidders participated in the meeting. 3. The scope of work, major terms and conditions and salient features of the tender document were detailed by the AGM, Issue Department, RBI, Lucknow. 4. It was reiterated that the vehicles deployed for transportation of banknotes must meet the specifications as mentioned in the tender document. A few of the queries such as local office, GST, documentary requirement, etc. raised by the representatives were clarified by the department. 5. The above minutes are issued for the information for intending bidders, as also minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form a part of the tender document/agreement. All the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain the same. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender document and amendments/clarifications given above. | |
