Corrigendum An offline pre- bid meeting on the captioned subject was held at 11:30 am on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 5th floor Conference room, Premises Dept Central Office Building. A list of Bank’s Officials and representatives of intending firms who attended the offline meeting is attached at Annex - A Queries discussed in the meeting and the comments / remarks given by the Bank are as under: Sr. No. | Queries / suggestions | Comments / Remarks | 1 | Working hours to replace existing detectors / devices by new one | It was clarified to the bidders that the bidder may refer to clause 13 of Notice Inviting Tender (NIT). The intending participants were advised that no deviation in commercial terms and conditions will be accepted by the Bank and all other technical specifications should be strictly adhered to as per tender. 2. This document shall form part of the tender. Hence, shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers. The meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks to the participants.
