The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted through physical mode at Conference Room, Main Office Building on August 05, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the presence of officials concerned from Nagpur Office. The meeting was attended by three interested CA firms. List of participants is provided in Annex - I. 2. Gist of the query raised by the prospective bidders and Bank's clarification on the same is as follows: | Sl. All interested participants were advised to register on the MSTC portal, without which, bidding for the captioned tender is not possible. Further, they were advised to read the tender document and the tentative scope of work in detail. 4. Further, all participants were advised to reach out through the email id abccnagpur@rbi.org.in or the phone numbers: 0712-2806 312/ 321. 5. Above minutes may be treated as a part of the tender. All terms and conditions of the tender remain the same.
