Expression of Interest (EOI) for Implementation of end-to-end solution for Public Credit Registry (PCR) – Announcement of Shortlisted Vendors

Consequent to the publication of Expression of Interest (EOI) on October 27, 2018, the Reserve Bank had received responses from several vendors for implementation of end-end solution for Public Credit Registry (PCR). Responses were evaluated in accordance with the procedure laid down in the EOI. Accordingly, it has been decided to shortlist the following six vendors for issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP):

  1. Capgemini Technology Services India Ltd.

  2. Dun & Bradstreet Information Services India Pvt. Ltd.

  3. IBM India Pvt. Ltd.

  4. Mindtree Ltd.

  5. Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.

  6. Wipro Ltd.

The RFP will be issued to shortlisted vendors through a separate communication at a later date.
