Under the Special Data Dissemination Standards (SDDS) of the International Monetary Fund, the Reserve Bank of India has the responsibility of disseminating information under the following data categories, viz., analytical accounts of the banking sector, analytical accounts of the central bank, share price index, balance of payments, international reserves and exchange rates in its publication.
