All Scheduled Commercial Banks Dear Sir, National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM ) - Reporting Format Please refer to our Circular RPCD.CO.GSSD.BC.No.26/09.16.03/2014-15 dated August 14, 2014 on Self Employment Programme (SEP) under National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM). 2. In order to monitor progress of the targets vis a vis achievement under NULM, Banks are advised to furnish cumulative progress reports on quarterly basis as per enclosed proforma to the Joint secretary (UPA), Government of India, Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation, Nirman Bhavan, New Delhi -110001, latest by the end of next month of the quarter to which they relate. 3.
