All Lead Banks Dear Sir/Madam, Formation of new district in the State of West Bengal -
Assignment of Lead Bank Responsibility The Government of West Bengal vide Gazette Notification No.634-PAR(AR)/O/2R-4/12 dated June 20, 2014 had notified the formation of a new district viz. Alipurduar in the State of West Bengal. It has been decided to assign the lead bank responsibility of the new district as detailed below:- New District | Erstwhile District | Limits of the new District | Lead Bank responsibility assigned to | District Working Code allotted to new district | Alipurduar | Jalpaiguri | Sub-Division | Police Station | Central Bank of India | 383 | Alipurduar Sadar | Alipurduar, Samuktala, Kumargram,Falakata, Kalchini, Joygaon, Madarihat and Birpara | 2. District Working Code of 383 has been allotted to Alipurduar district for the purpose of BSR reporting by banks. 3.
