Gist of the queries raised by the prospective bidders and Bank’s clarification on the same is as follows:

1. How to bid amount for the item nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, & 11 in view of mentioned Basic rate? (M/s Deepak Engineers)

Clarification: The Bank has clarified that bidder must quote their rate above the basic cost of material wherever specified.

2. How to do waterproofing mentioned in item No. 5? (M/s Abhiman Hegde)

Clarification: The Bank clarified to follow the description in detail of item No.5 and the same is waterproofing coating. Brick bat coba shall not be disturbed.
