Cancellation of Tender Corrigendum Ref.- (E-Tender No. RBI/Belapur Regional Office/Estate/6/23-24/ET/262) The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held at RBI Belapur Office on December 15, 2023 at 15:00 Hrs. Meeting was attended by AGM (Tech.-Civil), Estate Cell, RBI Belapur, concerned officials from the Estate Cell and representatives of two firms. Details of firms is provided in Annex-I. 2. The queries raised by the firms and Bank’s clarifications to the various queries are as under: - | Sr. No. | Query from Firm - M/s R.K Interior Projects | Clarification by Bank | | 1. | What would be the working hours for the captioned work? | It was informed that generally, work would be carried out by the Contractor during the normal working hours (10:00 am - 06:00 pm. However, if the contractor intends to work during extended hours / night hours in the interest of completion of project on time, then the contractor will raise the prior request and based on the prior request received from the contractor, necessary permission for working at extended hours / night hours would be communicated to the contractor if possible without compromising the security /safety in the Bank. | | 2. | Whether Architect would be involved during the execution of the project? | Yes. Bank’s Architect would be involved and supervise the work by visiting the site regularly during execution of the work. Work needs to be executed as per the instructions of the Bank / Architect. | | 3. | Whether a material storage / dump site would be provided or not? | The contractor would be provided with a temporary space till the completion of work for storing the material within the Bank’s premises. The contractor should ensure the site is kept neat and clean and remove all the material from the Bank’s Premises on virtual completion of work by the Engineer-in-charge. | | 4. | Material for Wall dado is considered as tiles / Marble. Whether tiles or marble rates would be considered for quoting for respective tender item of work? | It was informed that the tender has been prepared keeping in view the tiles dado into consideration. However, tender item of fixing of wall dado is provided with the Basis rates / Prime cost of materials. Based on the approval given by the Bank for the tender items provided with Basic Rates / Prime Cost for the materials, the contractor would be paid accordingly in terms of the contract clause. The intended bidders are requested to consider labour rates, cutting / wastage charges in to account, etc., while quoting their rates for the tender item of wall dado. | Further, it was suggested to the intended bidders to reach out the Bank through email estatebelapur@rbi.org.in / contact on the numbers given in the tender for any further queries / clarification within the time schedule. This Minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document / Agreement. Rest of the terms, conditions and specifications of the contract shall stand unaltered and continue to remain same.
