The Pre-Bid meeting for the above tender (e-Tender no. RBI/Kolkata Regional Office/Estate/7/23-24/238) was held at Estate Department, RBI Kolkata on December 20, 2023 at 11:00hrs to 13:30hrs. 2. The participants of the Pre-Bid meeting is attached as Annexure 1. 3. During the discussion out of the above four (4) participants, majority of them has requested to consider V Belt instead of Flat Belt. The same has been examined by the Bank and it has been decided that the drive motor designed with both Flat- Belt or V-Belt is acceptable. 4.
