Cancellation of Tender Corrigendum dated December 27, 2023 Corrigendum dated December 20, 2023 e-Tender No: RBI/Regional Office Bhubaneswar/Estate/16/23-24/ET/256 The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held on December 12, 2023, at 03:00 PM in the VC Room, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar, to discuss clauses of the tender and to clarify queries, if any, raised by the interested vendors/ bidders. Further, if any addition / changes would be made in the technical specification, the same will be informed over the MSTC portal and RBI website. | | 3. | Prospective bidders asked about the height / level of inlet pipe. | The collecting pit’s bottom is approximately 6 feet deep from the finished floor level. The bidders are advised to visit the site and ascertain the exact depth before submitting their bids. | | 4. | Prospective bidders asked whether clean water line will be provided by the Bank. | The prospective bidders were clarified that clean water line shall be provided by the Bank. | | 5. | Prospective bidders asked whether electrical point will be provided. | The prospective bidders were clarified that electrical points shall be provided in each plant room by the Bank. | | 6. | The prospective bidders asked about the approvals and permissions required to be obtained. | The prospective bidders were advised to refer to the point 1 of Other Important Terms under Section – I: Scope of Work of the Tender Document. | | 7. | The prospective bidders asked whether the entire system must be odorless. | Yes. The entire system must be odorless. | 3. Further, bidders were advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that they are registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. Bidders were asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if they face any issue while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender. 4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement. -
Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain same. -
