The technical specifications mentioned for IP based phone remains unaltered. | | 2. | Sough clarification whether to consider OFC or CAT 6 cable for interconnection, the required quantity and laying method.
Further sought clarification on the type of OFC laying required i.e., whether it has to be done in PVC Conduits / PVC casing Caping / underground etc. | It is clarified that OFC shall be used for interconnection. Approximate quantity of OFC cable is 500 mtr.
OFC shall be laid through medium duty PVC Conduits / PVC Casing through false ceiling / on wall. | | 3. | Whether all the 6 Cores of OFC to be terminated on LIU or only single Core? | It is clarified that all the 6 cores of OFC shall be terminated on 6 core LIU with necessary patch cords and patch panel. | | 4. | Sought clarifications on the quantity of uplink ports required for L2 Switches and whether the ports shall be 1G or 10G SFP modules. | It is clarified that L2 switch with 04 uplink ports of minimum 1G – SFP module shall be provided. | | 5. | Whether EMD amount of Rs 74,000/- shall be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee. | It is clarified that EMD amount shall be remitted by NEFT/RTGS before the due date as specified in “Guidelines for e-Procurement” of the tender document. Instructions in this regard will remain the same. | | 6. | Sought clarifications regarding the requirement of POC (Proof of Concept) / Demo for Server GW IP PBX to ascertain that the availability of features and specifications. | It is clarified that bidders shall submit TEC certificate as mentioned in the Clause 7.3 of Section-IX of the tender document. | Note: Above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information for all intending bidders.
