Extension of Last Date of Submission dated November 02, 2023 Extension of Last Date of Submission dated October 26, 2023 (RBI/Belapur Regional office/Estate/2/23-24/ET/66) The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on October 18, 2023 at 15:00 Hrs. Meeting was chaired by AGM (Tech.-Civil), Estate Cell, RBI Belapur and attended by the officials from the Estate Cell, representatives of the Consultant / Architect “M/s Nilesh Barve and Associates” and representatives of four firms. List of participants is annexed (Annex-I). 2. At the outset, we welcomed the participants and asked them to put forth their doubts / queries, if any related to the captioned work. Officials of the department explained various aspects of the tender and the Bank’s requirements, which needed to be taken care of in bid submission. Visit to the planned renovation area was also made after the said meeting. 3. The queries raised by the firms and subsequent clarifications provided by the Bank for various queries raised by the vendors are tabulated hereunder: | Sr. No. | Firms Name | Query | Clarification by Bank | | 1. | M/s Vaishnavdevi Furnishers | Existing structure (Workstation) should be dismantled by vendor or RBI will dismantle? And where to dispose it? | Scope of the work is mentioned in tender. Dismantling of existing workstations are to be done by the successful bidders as per the scope of work. Changes, if any in scope of work would be considered as per the terms of contract. | | 2. | Rama Infraproject | Is there any EMD exemption? | There is no provision in the tender for exemption of EMD submission. However, EMD may be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft apart from NEFT remittance. | | 3. | M/s Frontier Furniture | Raised the queries regarding uploading of documents, login on MSTC website, etc. | It was suggested to send the queries enumerating the difficulties being faced by the firm related to MSTC website over the email - estatebelapur@rbi.org.in for its resolution. | Further, it was suggested to reach out to the Bank through email if the firms would have any subsequent queries within the time schedule. This Minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document / Agreement. Rest of the terms, conditions and specifications of the Tender / Bid document shall continue to remain same.
