At the outset, the Chairman welcomed the participants and advised them to put forth their doubts / queries, if any. Vendors were provided with the generic email ID to submit their further queries, if any. The various aspects of the tender and the Bank’s requirements were explained to the representatives and they were also advised to register their Company/ Individual/ Firm/ Contractor on the MSTC Portal - Version 3 in order to bid for the tender. 4. Can the Project specific CCOE certificate be provided post receipt of work order and supply material? | Yes, Project specific CCOE certificate can be provided post receipt of work order and supply material. | | 6. | As-built drawings shall be submitted when we execute the job actually so attaching these in tender May please be relaxed. | The vendors may submit the as built-drawing of the system post-completion of work. Schematic diagram of proposed system may be submitted along with the bid. | | 7. | Banker certificate to be uploaded in e-portal only? | Yes. | | 8. | Prices to be quoted should be inclusive of GST? | Yes. | | 9. | Approved Make list should be same for all spares-parts. | Different make spare parts can also be accepted as per tender approved makes. | | 10. | Clause 1.1.7 of the tender document | PESO approval of valves is mandatory. | | 11. | Acceptance testing | Room integrity test is mandatory. | | 12. | Section 3.24 of the tender document for evaluation | Hydro Testing of cylinders once in 5 years shall be covered under scope of comprehensive AMC. | | 13. | Acceptable Makes: (i) 140/180 Ltr cylinder with valve and pressure guage

The bidders are requested to submit the bid after considering the clarifications given in the above minutes. (A duly signed /stamped copy of this Minutes of Meeting should be uploaded). All vendors are advised to do a site visit to acquaint themselves with the security requirements while working in RBI Premise. The Bidders were advised not to submit the Price Bid along with PART I, otherwise, tender will be rejected. It was reiterated that this is supplementary to the tender document and will form part of the tender. In case there is any conflict between the tender document and the corrigendum, the latter shall prevail. 6. Rest of the terms, conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain same. Submission of bids shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and clarifications. The Bank will not be bound to entertain any further query/clarification from any bidder/contractor in future. |
