The salary of employees should be paid by the contractor.
Further, it is added that well qualified and experienced staff should be posted to COB Building. | | 3 | Vendors enquired about the minimum wages to be paid to employees. | The minimum wages criteria need to be compulsorily satisfied, as per the Central Government notifications/ rules, by the contractor. It is added that along with monthly bill, proof of compliance of the statutory requirements like Minimum Wages, PF, ESIC, etc., is to be submitted by the contractor. | | 4 | A full-fledged service at Mumbai and Sub-urban area for rendering catering services is mandatory? | A full-fledged catering service operational in Mumbai is an eligibility criteria. | | 5 | What are the facilities provided by the Bank to the vendor for operations? | Bank will provide fully equipped kitchen, crockery and cutlery, equipment maintenance, water, and electricity. It is added that cost of cooking gas, paper cups for serving tea/ coffee, tissue papers, etc., has to be borne by the contractor. | | 6 | How much time will be given to the successful bidder to start the operations after the award of work? | The successful bidder has to communicate to the Bank, the acceptance of the award of the work, within 7 days from date of issue of offer. The date for start of operation will be mutually decided by the Bank and successful bidder. | | 7 | Whether Offline tender is also allowed? | It is clarified that only Online Bid on MSTC Portal will be considered for evaluation. | 3. The meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks. Note: The above amendments/ clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of tender. All other parts of the tender document continue to remain unaltered. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/ clarifications given above. | |
