Your kind attention is invited to the following amendments in the paras of the tender number RBI/CAB Pune//586/22-23/ET/586 | Existing Para | Revised Para | | Section II – Para : 2.14 (i) : | Section II – Para : 2.14 (i) : | | Rating of the service shall be maintained at ‘very good’ (i.e. minimum 4.25 out of 5) and above at all times failing which a penalty of 10% of the bill amount shall be levied. The penalty amount will be payable by the Contractor by the 10th of the month following the month to which the complaints pertain. | If there are complaints regarding quality or quantity of food items by the employees/officers/visitors in VOFs (visiting Officers flat)/THH (transit Holiday Home) who avail breakfast lunch and dinner facilities at the lounge, a suitable penalty will be levied by the Bank not exceeding ₹500/-.
