The total monthly service charges include all statutory dues including bonus, gratuity etc. if payable by the contractor. | 3. It was also clarified to the interested bidders that the bids have to be submitted for MONTHLY lumpsum charges inclusive of minimum wages, service charge and all other statutory dues (inclusive of GST).
