The figures mentioned in the price bid of the tender are solely intended for illustrative purpose only. The same is mentioned in Page 53 (Para i) of the Tender. | | ii. What is the minimum wages that should be quoted for Cook and Supervisor? | Vendors may quote minimum wages for the appropriate region under the appropriate category as mentioned in the Central Government Notifications dated September 28, 2022 for minimum wages, released by Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner, Ministry of Labour & Employment. | | 2 | Whether any exemption of EMD is applicable? | Exemption of EMD is applicable only for MSEs having UDYAM registration (Udyog Aadhar Memorandum Number). Copy of the Udyam Certificate should be submitted mandatorily. | | 3 | Should the rates of food items to be provided to guests be factored on for calculating the contractor overhead? | The rates for food need not to be included in the contractor overhead. The rates for food items are not included in the ambit of the tender.
Rate Card for food items may be shared after Work Order is issued to the selected vendor. The same will be approved by the Bank, if rates are mutually agreeable.
