Corrigendum dated February 15, 2023 Corrigendum dated February 10, 2023 Corrigendum dated February 02, 2023 A pre-bid meeting for the tender RBI/CAB PUNE//586/22–23/ET/586 for “Annual Service Contract for providing Catering services at Reserve Bank of India, College of Agricultural Banking(CAB), Pune and providing catering cum maintenance services at Bank’s Guest Rooms located at Rajnigandha (Aundh), Pune”, issued on MSTC portal and on RBI website on January 20, 2023 was held at 11.30 AM on January 30, 2023. At the outset, Ms Brenda Rodrigues, Manager, welcomed the vendors and conducted the discussion. Shri A S Pillai, GM and Vice Principal provided important inputs and emphasized the importance of providing quality services with RBI being the topmost banking institution in India. 4. All price bids in the tenders are subject to arithmetical checking. In case of error in uploading formula on MSTC, the manual calculation as per the Price Bid format in the tender document (Annex VI) will be done and work will be awarded accordingly. -
For charges applicable to officers using lounge services, please refer to the Corrigendum. 6. The bidders are requested to submit the tender documents and Price Bid after considering the clarifications given in the above minutes.
