Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting Corrigendum (E-Tender No. RBI/Ranchi/Estate/46/22-23/ET77) A reference is invited to the captioned tender which was invited from the suppliers of medicines and non-medicine items vide Press advertisement and Web advertisement dated May 25, 2022 under the “Tenders” link of RBI website (www.rbi.org.in). 2. In this connection, it has been decided to incorporate the following terms and conditions in addition to the existing terms and conditions: - (i) EMD details to be furnished like UTR No., date of Transaction and amount. (ii) PAN, GST and Aadhar details to be furnished. Soft copies of the same are to be uploaded while hard copies have to be submitted after award of contract. (iii) Bidder should have an approved valid license for supply of medicines and non-medicines items. Soft copy of the same is to be uploaded. (iv) Bidders have to furnish their bank details and upload cancelled Cheque. (v) The Bidder must have experience of minimum 3 years as on May 01, 2022. He must have a shop in Ranchi. (vi) The bidders should have annual turnover of 100% or more of estimated cost for the last three financial years. Audited balance sheets or IT Returns have to be uploaded. (vii) The bidder agrees to all the terms and conditions of both the Tender Document as well as the Technical clauses of the e-Tender and non-adherence to any of them shall lead to disqualification. (viii) The Bidder should submit a Client Report as per the attachment. 3. All other terms, conditions and specifications in NIT for the captioned tender shall remain unchanged. General Manager (OIC)
