In this connection, para 1 of Price Bid (Form – I) of Tender Document will be read as: - “Uniform Discount on the Printed Retail Price offered on all the medicines-” 3. Hence, the discount rate to be quoted in the Form-I will be for the medicines only and not on non-medicine items. 4. All other terms and conditions of the tender remain unchanged. 5. The above revisions/modifications/amendments shall be part of the Tender / Bid document for all purposes.
