Corrigendum - Annual Service Contract for providing Housekeeping services at Bank’s Office Building and Char Imli Staff Quarters, Bhopal

Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting

(e-Tender No.- RBI/Bhopal/Estate/300/21-22/ET/413)

Bank has hosted the captioned e-tender (e-Tender No.- RBI/Bhopal/Estate/300/21-22/ET/413) on MSTC website from January 24, 2022. In this connection, following clauses of part I have been revised as under:

Para no. 2 (j) of Special Conditions of the Contract on page no. 35 of the tender document. Should furnish solvency certificate issued by the Bank (Contractor’s banker), amounting to Rs.123.30 lakhs (plus GST as applicable). Should furnish latest solvency certificate issued by the Bank (Contractor’s banker), amounting to Rs.123.30 lakhs (plus GST as applicable).
Para no. 5 of General instructions on page no. 26 of the tender document. The contractor will ensure collection, mechanized screening /segregation of dry and wet garbage in the earmarked area. Finally, the contractor will arrange to suitably transport and dispose garbage from the earmarked area to the nearest Municipal Corporation bin outside each premises. The contractor will ensure collection of segregated dry and wet waste and operation of Organic Waste Converter installed at Bank’s Office building and CISQ for preparation of manure.

The Contractor shall keep sufficient number of bins of suitable size and specification at the collection area. Contractor will be responsible for any wear and tear of the bin and its replacement. The contractor will deploy his staff for the collection/ disposal work. The garbage will have to be disposed off at least twice a day. The contractor will also arrange for Bio-degradable garbage bags of appropriate size (as advised by the Bank’s Officer) i.e blue and green bags for dry and wet waste respectively and prepare a flow chart indicating the method of collection/disposal etc.. Same should be provided in all the flats in CISQ (A, B, C type flats, total no. of flats 192), common areas in CISQ (Gym, dispensary etc), residential flats in Office premises (5 no) and canteen, dispensary Officer’s lounge, police barrack and police mess in Office premises. Contractor should provide 60 bio-degradable bags (30 green & 30 blue) in each flat in Office premises and CISQ in the first week of the month. Also the contractor should provide 200 & 19 bio-degradable polybags respectively in Office building and CISQ (for common areas such as gym, dispensary, office dustbins etc) on a daily basis.

The client's certificate for qualifying work as mentioned under Sl No (l) shall be accepted only when the same is signed by an official of the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent in respect of a Government/Semi Government organization or a PSU and only when they are supported by adequate proof of payment received by the contractor for the work done by him. The client's certificate issued by the private organizations shall also accompany Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) certificates. Applications/tenders received without the above certificates may be rejected. The Bank shall have the right to independently verify these certificates. Format for clients' report is stipulated as Annexure ‘A’ in Part I of the tender. The client's certificate for qualifying work as mentioned under Sl No 2 (b) and (c) (on page no. 34 of the tender document) shall be accepted only when the same is signed by an official of the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent in respect of a Government/Semi Government organization or a PSU and only when they are supported by adequate proof of payment received by the contractor for the work done by him. TDS certificate will be acceptable as one of the proof of payment by Govt. entities/departments. The client's certificate issued by the private organizations shall also accompany Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) certificates. Applications/tenders received without the above certificates may be rejected. The Bank shall have the right to independently verify these certificates. Format for clients' report is stipulated as Annexure ‘A’ in Part I of the tender. Client’s report should be in the same format as Annexure ‘A’ or the Client’s report submitted by the contractor should cover all the particulars/components stated in Annexure ‘A’.
Para (xxiv).II.A (Scope of work) on page no. 29 and para 4.II.C.(a) (Scope of work) on page no. 30. Spraying of sanitizer in view of the Covid Pandemic as instructed by the Bank Maintenance Officer. Bank will supply the spraying machine and hand gloves, face masks, face shields etc for this purpose Spraying of sanitizer in view of the Covid Pandemic as instructed by the Bank Maintenance Officer. Note:

  • Bankers' certificates should be on letter head of the Bank, sealed in cover addressed to RBI.

  • In case of partnership firm, certificate should include names of all partners as recorded with the Bank

  • If three year turnover is not covered in the Banker’s certificate, the contractor can submit a Chartered Accountant’s Certificate as a proof of turnover.

All other terms, clause and conditions of the tender remains the same. This corrigendum will be part of the captioned tender.
