The firm queried on restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India which was issued by govt of India – Whether a bidder having transfer of technology (ToT) arrangement with an entity from a country sharing land border with India can participate in the tender. | It was clarified that, the notification dated June 8, 2021 issued by the Govt of India shall be applicable to the Bank and the vendor has to furnish the Proforma for Undertaking / Declaration / Certificate by the Bidder regarding country sharing land border with India as per Annexure V of the tender. |
