(RBI/Mumbai/Others/32/20-21/ET/807 Dated June 18, 2021) E-TENDER FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTARCT OF PEST CONTROL & SANITIZATION SERVICES AT BANKS RESIDENTIAL COLONIES AND OFFICES OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA, MUMBAI I) Section VII, C, (III) on Page no.72 The chemicals used for fogging: Please refer the condition (Section VII, C, (III) on Page no.72) in this regard Bank modified the condition as below: Spraying using necessary power equipment to achieve effective Control on mosquito by using combination of various approved chemicals i.e. Pyrethrin mixed in proportions with petrol in approved proportion. II) Part II, Section I, Page no 98. The unit of tender rates in Price Bid: Please refer the condition (Part II, Section I, Page no 98) in this regard Bank modified the condition as below: The units for the tender rates should be quoted in Per No of all six items in the Price bid. III) Section IV, (G) on Page no.40 Reimbursement of penalty charges imposed by the MCGM authorities: Please refer the condition (Section IV, (G) on Page no.40) in this regard Bank incorporate the additional condition as below: The tender rates are inclusive of laisoning with local authorities if required during the contract period and whenever the penalty imposed by the MCGM authorities to the Bank same should be borne by the vendor. IV) Section XVI, Page No 97 Removal of Honeycomb (Beehive or Nest) and Controlling/route out bed bugs: Please refer the condition (Section XIV on Page no.97) in this regard Bank modified the condition as below: The treatment required for removal of Honeycomb (Beehive or Nest) and Controlling/route out bed bugs if observed at any places mentioned in the above location should be treated by successful tenderer and the cost for the same will be not eligible for extra payment. V) Section XVI on Page No 95 Sanitization / Disinfection of surfaces in all floors of Office building: Please refer the condition (Section XIV on Page no.95) in this regard Bank incorporate the additional condition as below: The successful vendor should carry out the Sanitization / Disinfection services for Banks vehicles whenever the requirement during the contract period based on the Per Sq-ft rates (approximate per Sqft area of the type of vehicle) quoted by the vendor for sanitization of Office building. |
