In terms of the Para 3.4.6 of Premises Department manual, a Pre-Bid Meeting for the captioned work was conducted at Meeting Room, 1st floor, MOB on July 09, 2021 at 11.30 AM in presence of the following: | S. The representative of the Prostarm Info Systems Ltd. raised query regarding the mode of transferring EMD and submitting Security Deposit. They also enquired whether the format of Client certificate will be the same as specified in Annexure-III to which Shri Sunil Kumar Barnwal, AGM (Tech) re-iterated to the contractor to go through the important instructions provided in the tender and follow the same. 3. The representative of Rajdeep Energies Pvt Ltd enquired whether buyback invoice will be provided by the Bank and what will be included in the bills/ invoices of purchase. He also asked whether the capacity of the battery should be same as specified in the tender document. In this connection, AGM (Tech) clarified that the batteries should be of rating 120 AH or higher. The Bank will raise invoice for items under buyback and the buyback amount will be deducted from invoice. 4. The representative of Rajdeep Energies Pvt Ltd enquired about the terms of payment and whether the timeline of 02 months for work completion may be extended by 15 days. In this connection, AGM (Tech) clarifies the terms of payment and advised that the said timeline is sufficient for the work. 5. Queries were raised regarding using the existing cables, stand and racks. It was advised to the bidders to adhere to the terms mentioned in tender. Requirement of the necessary insurance was also clarified. 6. The Prospecting bidders were informed that the working hours will be 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM on working days i.e., Monday to Friday. Decision of working on holidays will be taken after seeing the work progress and as per the convenience of the Bank. Further, the shut-down of system shall be done on Saturdays/ Sundays only in a phased manner. 7. Shri Sunil Kumar Barnwal ended the Pre-Bid meeting with vote of thanks. | |
