Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held on July 20, 2021 at 11:00 am in the Conference Room, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar. During the meeting, it was clarified to the participants that the definition of the similar work in the para 3 of the NIT, has to be adhered to by all the interested bidders. No relaxation regarding the same will be allowed to empaneled contractors. b. Further, it was reiterated that non-submission of the Pre-Qualification documents may result in rejection of the participation of the bidder. All the participants were cautioned to follow due-diligence regarding the bidding system in MSTC. All the above points were noted and agreed upon by the participating firms. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document / Agreement. -
Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain same. -
The submission of bid on the MSTC portal shall be considered as having agreed to the terms and conditions of the tender and this clarification given in the pre-bid meeting. Regional Director
