Extension of Last Date for Submission dated December 23, 2020 NIT: RBI/Patna/Estate/133/20-21/ET/192 Please refer to the tender notice for the captioned tender published on the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in on October 05, 2020 inviting application from eligible vendors for the said work through e-tender route on MSTC website (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/). The last date of submission of bids online through MSTC website is scheduled as 2:00 PM on December 24, 2020. Clarifications: It is advised that the prospective bidders may kindly take note of the below clarifications and submit their bids accordingly. 1. Clarification common for both passengers and bullion lift: -
It is clarified that the existing pit depth of Bullion lift is around 1480-mm. The prospective bidders, before submitting their tender, shall visit the site and check the available shaft dimension, pit depth, head room, height below lintel etc. and confirm that the lift as per Bank’s requirement shall be provided as per existing dimension available at site. -
Provision of vision panel in lift door is deleted from scope of work. However, lift landing door shall have a minimum fire resistance rating of 60 min. -
Whenever needed, Slab holes as per requirement will be provided by Bank. -
Rail Hoist to lift the machine for their installation/maintenance/repairing is al-ready provided in Bullion Machine Room. - Major civil works will be under the scope of Bank, as mentioned in the concerned tender.
2. Clarification only for passenger lift: - The proximity type contact free operation of lift is also acceptable.
3. Clarification only for Bullion Lift: -
Bullion lift speed of minimum 0.50 MPS is acceptable to the Bank -
Geared or gearless machine is acceptable to the Bank -
Drive motor shall be permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) having VVVF drive -
The minimum opening of car for bullion lift shall be 1500mm. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender remain unchanged. Devesh Lal
