Please refer to the tender notice for the captioned tender published on the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in on November 05, 2020 inviting applications from eligible vendors for Facility Management Service & Annual Maintenance Contract for Computer Hardware, Software & IT Peripherals at Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata through e-tender route on MSTC website (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/). 2. In this connection it is informed that for two items HP LJ Pro 1536 DNF (Lot No 3 of the excel sheet uploaded in the MSTC site) and for Canon DRF 120 (Lot No 4 of the excel sheet uploaded in MSTC site) the quantity of items in words will be taken for arriving at the final consolidated quote as per the para B 3. of Annexure II of the bid document (Financial terms and conditions, page no.28 of the tender document). Accordingly, in case of bids already submitted on the basis of quantity of items in figures for both these items, it will be adjusted as per the quantity of items in words to arrive at the final consolidated quote. 3. The close bid date for the captioned tender has been extended to 3 PM on December 04, 2020.
