A reference is invited to the captioned e-tender no. RBI/Lucknow/Estate/68/20-21/ET/112 which was floated on September 02, 2020 under the “Tenders” link of RBI website (www.rbi.org.in) and MSTC portal (www.mstcecommerce.com).

2. In this connection, it is hereby informed that in part-II (price bid) of the e-tender, “Bonus, if applicable as per statutory guidelines of the Central Labour Commission has to be accordingly quoted by the vendor. But, the price bid quoted by the vendors shall be evaluated after excluding bonus part”.

3. Further, it is also informed that while quoting the price of supervisor and cleaning staff, price per month per person is to be quoted as per the items given in Part-B of the price bid and the final cost per year will be arrived by a pre-applied formula in the system.
