NIT No. : RBI/Bhopal/HRMD/50/19-20/ET/344 A pre bid meeting of intending tenderers was held on March 02, 2020 at 15.00 Hrs. in the conference room of Bank’s Main Office Building, Bhopal. Following points were discussed in the meeting: | S. No. | Query | Clarification | | 1. | Whether the tender is for providing armed or unarmed Security Supervisors? | The tender is for providing unarmed security guards and security supervisors. However, the quotations with respect to salaries to be paid to personnel must be in accordance with the latest wages as prescribed by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Office of Chief Labour Commissioner (C), New Delhi- Watch and Ward (With Arms) for Security Supervisors. | | 2. | Explain the requirement of latest Income tax return? | Particulars in respect of income tax return for last three financial years need to be provided. | | 3. | Submission of details of bankers and client’s report? | The details of bankers and client’s report should be exactly as per the formats given in the tender document. | | 4. | Whether there is any exemption on submission of EMD? | It was clarified that no firm is exempted and every tenderer has to deposit EMD failing which his tender will automatically be disqualified. | | 5. | Whether the amount of penalty per day on Security Guard / Security Supervisor for duty negligence should be Rs.1000/- as mentioned in the tender document or a day’s salary? | It was clarified that as mentioned in the tender document, the Bank will impose a penalty of Rs.1000/- per day per person if security guard or security supervisor deployed by the bidder is found absent from the post or sleeping while on duty or any other negligence. | | 6. | What are the contributions payable? | The various contributions, as mentioned in the tender document, are payable as per the present rates of contribution. | | 7. | Is there any minimum limit on quotation of service charge? | Service charge needs to be quoted as indicated in the tender document. However, nil service charge will not be accepted. | Note: This document shall form part of the tender. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted / uploaded along with the tender by the tenderers.
