Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting

E-Tenders are invited from highly reputed, authorized and capable firms/agencies/ companies for empanelment for supply of computer consumables (cartridges) of HP and Samsung initially for a period of twelve months starting from November 01, 2019.

2. The tendering will be done through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd (https://mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi). All interested firms/agencies/ companies must register themselves with MSTC Ltd through the above mentioned website to participate in the tendering process.

3. The date of commencement of E-Tender on RBI portal of the MSTC website has been shifted to November 25, 2019. The necessary details of the process will also be available on RBI Website from November 25, 2019.

4. Any amendments / corrigendum to the tender, if any, issued in future will only be notified on the RBI Website and MSTC Website as given above and will not be published in the newspaper.
