Please refer to the Request for Proposals (RFP) invited for development, implementation and maintenance of Integrated Compliance Management and Tracking System (ICMTS) released on March 27, 2019 on the MSTC e-tendering site (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/) and RBI website.

2. In this context, it has been decided to extend the last date of submission of tender documents up to 15:00 Hrs IST on May 24, 2019. The date and time of Technical Bid Opening is May 24, 2019 15:30 Hrs IST.

3. All other terms and conditions of the RFP as hosted on MSTC e-tendering portal shall remain unchanged.

4. The Tenderers who have already submitted their Tender pursuant to this Tender Notice dated May 3, 2019 need not submit again.
