In connection with the captioned tender, a pre-bid meeting was held on March 27, 2019 at 12.00 noon onwards. Only a representative Shri. Jitendra Sakpal of M/s. Technocrats was present for meeting. Following points were discussed in presence of Shri.R.P.Mhatre (AM - Tech) (Electrical) and clarified as under:

i) The work completion period is to be considered as 8 weeks, which is to be reckoned after the 10th day of the award of work.

ii) EMD shall be paid only by the successful tenderer in the form of crossed Demand Draft in favour of Reserve Bank of India payable at Mumbai.
