Extension of closing time for Bid Submission

Please, refer to the RFP published on the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in and MSTC portal on October 10, 2018 inviting submission of bids from eligible vendors for Supply, Installation, Implementation, Integration, Commissioning, Testing, operationalization, and Comprehensive Maintenance of Enterprise Access Management System (EAMS) in Reserve Bank of India through e – tendering route.

2. In this context, a Corrigendum cum addendum containing the following changes to the above RFP document has been uploaded on Bank’s Website and MSTC Limited website.

7 Section 6.3 Each of the access control entry/ exit points shall be provided with a card reader. The card reader shall be vandal resistant, tamperproof and shall be capable of accepting and reading the card from a distance of minimum 5 cms. The performance of the card reader shall be stable even in adverse operating conditions of temperature, humidity, rain, dust etc. Accumulation of dust or moisture on the reader or card shall not affect reading and further processing. 11 Section 6 - Uninstallation of Existing component of the existing system is in the scope of the project. Vendor needs to uninstall approximately the component mentioned in the commercial bid form, and also uninstallation of wire, EM locks etc. wherever required.
12 Section 6.2 - The Controller shall have an operating temperature from 0°c to +50° C at operating humidity of 5% to 90% relative non-condensing.
