1. E-Tenders in two parts (Part-I and II) are invited for Renovation of Flat A-3 & A-8 at RBI Officer`s Quarter, Ultadanga. The work is estimated to cost ₹44,60,680.44/- and is to be completed within 120 days from the 14th day of issue of work order. 2. This is a limited tender only for those bidders/vendors who are empanelled as vendors with RBI for such works given under the TRADE – C1: CIVIL WORKS CATEGORY – IV: ₹25 (Twenty-five) lakhs to ₹50 (Fifty) lakhs of the list of empanelled vendors for the period 2024 - 27. Bidders are advised to check their eligibility for this tender before participating. 3. The e-tender will be carried out by Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app as third party on behalf of RBI. Therefore, interested firms are required to register on the CPP portal to participate in the tendering process. The detail regarding the registration on CPPP and procedure of e tendering has been attached at Annexure II. E-Tender shall be submitted online in two parts. Part I of the e-tender will contain the standard technical and commercial conditions for the proposed work and Part II of the e-tender will contain the price bid. All required annexures along with documentary proofs will also be uploaded along with Part I of the tender. This is an e-tender bid and the bidders are not required to be present for opening 4. The Bank is under no obligation to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept any tender either in whole or in part. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all tenders at its sole discretion, without providing any reason therefor. 5. The Bank reserves the right to issue addendum / corrigendum/ minutes/ pre-bid meeting, which shall be published solely on the official website of RBI and CPPP. Such updates shall form an integral part of the tender document, and no separate notification will be sent to the individual bidders.
