E-Tender Number- 2026_RBI_290314_1 The pre bid meeting of the captioned tender was scheduled at 11.00 am on October 06, 2026 at Reserve Bank of India, College of Agricultural Banking, Pune. The meeting was chaired by Shri Biswanath Dey, Assistant General Manager. 2. At the outset, the Chairman welcomed the participants and advised them to put forth their doubts/ queries, if any. No doubt/queries were raised by the representatives. 4. The scope of the contract was explained to the participants. Contractors were requested to inspect the site and get acquainted with the site conditions and design before quoting their rates. Furthermore, participants were cautioned to examine the tender document thoroughly before finalizing their submissions. Clear instructions were issued regarding the separate submission of the Part I (Techno-commercial) and Part II (Financial) bids, in accordance with the prescribed bidding system. It was also advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the CPP Portal https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app 5. The participants were also advised to ensure uploading duly filled tender with all requisite/supporting documents well before the last date i.e., 12:00 PM of October 19, 2026, to avoid any last-minute errors/rush. 6. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement. Hence, it shall be signed and uploaded on CPP Portal along with the tender by the tenderers. 7. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain the same. 8.
