Pre-bid meeting

The Reserve Bank of India (hereinafter it will be mentioned as “RBI or Bank”) invites sealed tenders from the interested reputed printers, having office/set-up in Mumbai/Mumbai Suburban Area, for the printing of 50,000 diaries for the year 2018.

Both, technical & financial bids must be submitted giving full particulars in separate sealed envelopes on or before the last date specified to the address furnished below.

Last Date and Time for receipt of tenders: 25.09.2017 up to 17.00 hrs.
Date and time of pre bid meeting: 12.09.2017 at 15.00 hrs
Time and Date of Opening of Technical Bids: 26.09.2017 at 15.00 hrs.

Only vendors who qualify in the Technical Bid will be considered for the Financial Bid. The date and time of opening of financial bid will be intimated to the vendors concerned separately.

Earnest Money Deposit: Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three lakh only) by Demand Draft payable to “Reserve Bank of India” at Mumbai.
