Tenders in Two Parts are invited for the “Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 2 X 20 kVA UPS System (Make:AAL) at office Building, RBI Dehradun” from firms specialized in Installation/ Maintenance of 2 X 20 kVA UPS System or higher capacity having minimum 5 years of experience of carrying out work of similar nature. 2. The Tenders for the above work in two parts i.e., Part I containing technical specifications of equipment’s offered, and the terms and conditions (rates & amounts of items shall not appear anywhere in this part) and Part II containing only rates of items and amounts stated in figures and words shall be submitted to The Regional Director, Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16-17, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun - 248013. Certificate to the effect that Part II does not contain any terms and conditions shall be submitted along with Part I of the tender. 3. Part I of tenders will be opened on August 10, 2026 at 03:45 PM. All the envelopes shall be super scribed “Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 2 X 20 kVA UPS System at office Building, RBI Dehradun”. Part I and Part II shall be kept in the separate envelops and both the envelopes shall be kept in another envelop. 4. The bid should only be submitted in the Quotation Box of Estate Department, placed in the Reception Area at the abovementioned address. 5.
