e-Tender No.- 2026-27_RBIRanchi_1 A pre-bid meeting regarding the e-tendering for Weekly Bathroom cleaning & Quarterly Deep cleaning of Leased Flats located at various places in Ranchi, Jharkhand was held on July 14, 2026, at 11:30 AM in the conference room of Reserve Bank of India, Ranchi. The meeting was attended by the representatives of two prospective vendors. The list of participants is given in Annexure-I. 2. The participating vendors were briefed on the process and technicalities of submitting bids through the Central Public Procurement (CPP) Portal. 3. The queries, raised by the participants during the meeting vis-à-vis the clarification given by the Bank are given below: | S.
