The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted on June 11, 2026, at 11.30 AM at Estate Office, MRO. Two firms, namely, M/s Hestia Electronic Security System Pvt Ltd and M/s Star Electronic Concepts, have participated in the meeting. The list of participants is attached as Annexure I. 2. No queries were raised by the participating firms. 3. a) The Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting shall form an integral part of the tender. Accordingly, the same shall be duly signed and uploaded on MSTC portal along with the tender by the tenderers. b) All other terms, conditions, and specifications of the tender document shall remain unchanged. c) Submission of the bid by the bidder shall be deemed as confirmation of compliance with the tender document and the Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting. d) The Pre-Bid minutes shall become part of tender document and all bidders shall abide by the conditions of Pre-Bid minutes and accordingly bid for the tender.
