Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh (therein after referred as ‘‘the Bank’’) invites tender from eligible and willing firms for undertaking “Annual Maintenance Contract of Wet Riser Fire Hydrant and Fire Sprinkler Systems at Reserve Bank of India’s Main Office Building in Chandigarh”. The work is estimated to cost ₹2.51 lakh for 12 months including all taxes. The contract shall be initially awarded for a period of 09 months with effect from July 01, 2026, to March 31, 2027 and may be extended / renewed for further period(s) but not exceeding the 02 (two) years at the discretion of the Bank, if the Services of the contractor is found to be satisfactory by the Bank. 2. It is a limited offline tender. Only those interested and eligible firms, which are empaneled for Captioned work under trade No. 19 under Category II (upto ₹ 2-5 Lakh) in Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh and Offices of RBI at Jammu, Kanpur and Jaipur will be able to take part in the tender process. The firms fulfilling the eligibility criteria and desirous of being considered for award of the work should upload all the required documents at on or before June 17, 2026, 11:00 AM. 4. Quotations will be opened on June 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
