The pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was scheduled at 11:00 am on June 02, 2026, at Estate Department, 1st floor, Main Office Building, RBI, Hyderabad.

2. Representatives from two firms viz., M/s. Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. and M/s. Magtech Security Systems (P) Ltd. have participated in the pre-bid meeting. All doubts of the participants were clarified, and major terms and conditions were explained to them in detail.

3. Following may be noted by all the prospective bidders for consideration into their bids:

(i) There is no requirement of canopy for this work, as indicated in serial No.30 of Section VIII.

(ii) Regarding the site readiness, scope of civil and electrical works required for installation of turnstile, please refer to point No. 10 of Section VII.

(iii) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

(ii) Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain unchanged.

(iii) The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders.

(iv) The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments / clarifications given above.
