Online Tenders in two parts through E-Tendering process are invited from the contractors empanelled in Trade No: 28 - Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) /Maintenance/ Annual Maintenance contract /Repairs of HVAC works like AHUs, Ducting, Thermal insulation etc. and air coolers, desert coolers, split ACs, window ACs, VRF ACs, package ACs, Cassette ACs, Tower ACs, air purifiers etc. under Category 4 and 5 i.e., works costing above ₹ 10.00 lakh up to ₹ 25.00 lakh and works costing above ₹ 25.00 lakh up to ₹ 50.00 lakh for awarding Operation and Routine Maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) System including Inspection Service contract for Chillers at Reserve Bank of India, Dehradun. The work is estimated to cost approx. ₹ 19,32,050/- for 12 months (including all taxes). 2. Online tenders will be available for viewing/ downloading / bidding to all bidders from 04:45 PM on April 21, 2026. 3. The Bidders who do not submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) along with technical bid will not be considered for opening of Part-I of tender. The EMD paid by NEFT (with proof) shall be submitted through email – estatedehradun@rbi.org.in to reach us latest by 02:30 PM on May 12, 2026. Part II shall be opened at a later date that will be intimated to the bidders in advance through email, if required. 4. A Pre-bid meeting (off-line mode) of the intending Bidders will be held on April 30, 2026, from 12:00 to 01:00 PM at Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16-17, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. 5. All the documents mentioned in the tender document should be uploaded on MSTC site i.e., www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn. The same will be downloaded for evaluation by the Bank. 6. After examination, if any of the Bidder is not found to possess the required eligibility, their tenders may be rejected by the Bank. 7. Part-I will be opened on-line at 04:46 PM on May 12, 2026 in the presence of the authorized representative of the Bidders. Further Part II shall be opened at a later date that will be intimated to the bidders in advance through email, if required. 8. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender.
